OUR CLIENT:
Positioned as one of Australias leading privately owned property service providers, our client specialises in facilities management to varied industries including commercial / retail, hospitality and recreational facilities.

THE ROLE:
Coming about due to an interstate move, this role will see you supported by excellent IT systems for reporting and a Service Manager for programmed works. Your personal duties will include:

Day to day management of the facility
Ensuring compliance both at site (to minimize risk) and to the contract
Coordination of quotes
Leading a small team of contractors
Liaising with all key stakeholders
Hands on responsibility for minor works and repairs

REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this role you will possess the following:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Background as a qualified tradesperson, or electrical / mechanical engineer
Familiarity with current OH&S legislation
An ability to be flexible and respond to clients needs with efficiency
A high level of communication
Basic knowledge of MS Office
