We have an exciting opportunity to work for a progressive and highly successful property services company who love what they do, and continually strive to stay at the top of their game. With over 50 staff and a turnover of approx $7M - $8M, we require a savvy, switched on CFO who can help drive the business forward strategically, through continuous improvement of financial management, policies and procedures.

A multi award winning team, they consistently top the leader board across Australia in Sales and the reason for this is immediately evident when you meet the team. Positive, energetic and innovative, they are a team of “do-ers” and they are looking for a like minded person to join them.

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Payroll
Processing settlements, commissions, franchise returns etc
Trust Accounting, end of month & general ledger reconciliations,
Preparation of BAS returns and End of Financial Year
Financial reporting and cash flow analysis
Managing relationships with key stakeholders and clients

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to display the following:

Proven track record working in a similar CFO / Finance role
Strong financial acumen and reporting skills
Bookkeeping experience
Advanced MYOB & Excel
