Our client is a thriving group of real estate offices with a high-volume of sales transactions running through their doors. Equipped with great systems and a terrific team for support, you will be tasked with the following activities:

Setting up data files for property sales at exchange
Processing exchanges and data entry
Processing settlements
Reconciling marketing accounts
General office administration as required

To successful win this role, you will have:

Exceptional attention to detail
Experience working with real estate trusts
Self motivation and initiative
Strong communication skills
A knowledge of REST is preferred (but will be trained if required)
